This is an octagonal mesh webbing (each hole has 8 sides). This is a replica of the traditional rattan webbing used for the backrests of antique chairs and for the panelling of the sides of furniture. It is not recommended for seat bases. It is a paper-based product with strong fibre reinforcement.
